Each 90-minute Mindful Tangle Club meeting has it's own registration, so you may participate whenever your schedule allows.

We meet live on Zoom and meetings will be video recorded and sent to all registered students.

The Mindful Tangle Club is hosted online one Monday per month by Nancy Domnauer, a Certified Zentangle Teacher who has been a Zentangle artist for over 11 years.

Participation is ‘drop-in’ format, so you may participate as often as your schedule allows.

In the Mindful Tangle Club meetings and private website page for participants, Certified Zentangle Teacher Nancy Domnauer will share favorite patterns, tangling tips and techniques, specially made videos, favorite supplies and creative ideas all within a supportive, community-building environment.

During our meetings, we will practice traditional tangling as well as Zentangle inspired art.

Mindful Tangle Club participants will have access to a private group page on my website: linedotcalm.com

On the private page, you will find a collection of favorite patterns, specially made videos, information on favorite pens, supplies, books and resources as well as a gallery of Zentangle tiles.

The private group page will continue to be updated with tangling tips, discoveries and photos. When you enroll in a Mindful Tangle Club meeting you will receive access to the group page. Once a meeting concludes, a new access code will be given to students who are registered students for the next month's meeting.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

(from Mindful.org)

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.  Whenever you bring awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you’re being mindful.
