Zentangle is a simple to learn, relaxing way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.

While putting pen to paper and following The Zentangle Method, you'll enter a state of relaxed focus and calm as you draw simple repetitive patterns that combine to create your Zentangle art.

Zentangle is a mindful and meditative art form that enhances creativity, increases focus, and provides a sense of contentment and accomplishment. The practice of Zentangle has many benefits including lowering stress, allowing focus on the moment and encouraging right brain activity -- all while producing a work of art. We look forward to welcoming you! 

At our Morgan Hill Tangle Club meetings, we share favorite tangle patterns, creative ideas, tangling tips, techniques and discoveries as we gather in community and create Zentangle art.

There’s no formal instruction at meetings but we do practice patterns and will get you started with Zentangle. If you’re looking for a Zentangle class, please see the listings on this website or contact me to schedule a class for you.

Supplies for your Zentangle practice: Sakura Micron 01 or PN black ink pen, pencil, tortillon and paper tiles or sketchbook. Supplies will be available for purchase at the meeting.

Whether you're a beginner to Zentangle or have been tangling for years, you will enjoy our friendly group of artists at The Morgan Hill Tangle Club.  Occasionally we create simple projects or tangle tiles to make beautiful group mosaics.

The Morgan Hill Tangle Club was founded in November 2013 and has been meeting monthly, year round since then.
